Frequencies in the Central American nets

The frequency of the tension nets isn't everywhere the same in Central- and South America, it changes from country to country. The net frequency in Jamaica, Barbados, Paraguay and Chile as well as Uruguay is 50 Hz. Bolivia and Haiti have mostly 60 Hz but also sometimes 50 Hz. The other states have 60 Hz.
